BuildEm provides workforce development, career discovery, Veteran support, employer connections, education resources, and related services.

BuildEm may expand, modify, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features at any time without prior notice.

Users agree to:

• Maintain the security of their account
• Keep credentials confidential
• Notify BuildEm of unauthorized account access

BuildEm does not guarantee:

• Job offers
• Interviews
• Employment outcomes
• Candidate availability

Employers remain solely responsible for all hiring decisions made through or outside the platform.

BuildEm does not guarantee:

• Employment
• Placement
• Compensation
• Hiring timelines

Users may not:

• Submit fraudulent or misleading information
• Misrepresent military service or Veteran status
• Attempt unauthorized access to any system or account
• Interfere with platform operations, servers, or networks
• Use platform data for unauthorized solicitation
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other platform users

All BuildEm content, branding, technology, workflows, graphics, designs, and materials remain the exclusive property of BuildEm USA Corp.

Users may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission from BuildEm.

The BuildEm platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

BuildEm does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BuildEm USA Corp., its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from your use of the platform.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BuildEm USA Corp. and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of the platform, violation of these Terms, or violation of any rights of another party.

BuildEm may suspend or terminate accounts at any time for:

• Violations of these Terms
• Security concerns
• Legal requirements
• Operational reasons

Users may also close their accounts at any time by contacting BuildEm support.

BuildEm may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform following any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
